Statistical Process Control (SPC) Training
Kaliti Metal products factory provides training to its employees
in different areas or fields. For instance in 2002 budget year, Statistical Process Control (SPC) training was given for 21 employees
by Ethiopian Management Institute. The trainees were from different section of the factory and
the training was conducted in the factory premises.
Other Trainings
The factory provided training to 26 employees
on ACCPAC Software System, to 24 employees on ISO 9001-2008, Internal Auditing course, BPR,
Taxation in Ethiopia, Supervisory Management, QMS for 2 Lead Auditors and number of other courses are given to the employees
in the factory premises and in other premises.
