	Anti HIV/AIDs Club A lot has been performed to raise the level of awareness of workers about the transmission of HIV/AIDS and how to tackle it. A training and VCT programs had been conducted for workers since 2008/09. The factory posted brochures, posters and leaflets on notice boards and also distributes condoms weekly every Friday. A balanced nutrient that costs Birr 435 is being delivered for those who have confessed secretly that they are HIV/AIDS positive. An incentive, which worths 500 Birr has been provided for those who concluded marriage after conducting HIV/AIDS test. Furthermore other benefits are also provided in order to take care of HIV/AIDS posative employees.
	HIV/AIDS Testing With the aim of keeping the workers healthy and fit for their job, Kaliti Metal Products Factory in collaboration with Mekdim Ethiopia Mobile VCT service Organized a VCT week at factory compound. Including the management of the Factory a total of 140 workers have been provided with VCT service.The management is committed to work together with other collaborators in the prevention of HIV, treatment, care and support of HIV infected workers.
