The continual improvement and successful practice of new ideas, proceedures such as IPMS, MIS and ISO 9001-2000 led the factory to be selected by Privatization and Public Enterprise Supervising Agency as a model among the public enterprises. As a result the factory sponsored and conducted the one day experience sharing program at Ras Hotel new hall for 435 participants of high level Managers and Board members from 191 public enterprises on February 5, 2009.

Lastly the participants expressed the sucess of the program through discussion. Somebody who read this news can authenticate this by reading a quotation from one of the participants which says "I have never expected such management existes in Ethiopia, because today I felt as I have got a training (Scholarship) in a developed country without airticket for an airplane."
